Below terms apply to purchases made from our web site

1. General

All purchases are final sales. No cancellations and no refunds will be given. Exchanges on bridesmaid dresses only. When payment is received your order will be processed. In stock items will be received in approximately 10-15 business days. On all orders where we might be sold out of a color or size, please allow up to 10 weeks for delivery. We will notify you by e-mail of your estimated delivery time for back orders only. If your event is less then 6 weeks away, please call to make sure your items are in stock before placing your order. We recommend ordering your dresses at least 12 weeks before your event date. We will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or sold out merchandise.

    1A. SL, CL, SM and SLW Series dresses and jackets (meaning items starting with SL, CL, SM, SLW) are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. These are designer inspired dresses without the labels and high designer prices. They are custom made dresses according to your specifications. Therefore, under no circumstances will we take them back. Please make sure you place one order for all of your bridesmaid's to receive the same shade of color ordered. For custom size we highly recommend your measurements are taken by a professional seamstress. For standard sizes please refer to "how to choose a size" before ordering. Delivery time on these items are approximately 4-8 weeks so please plan ahead of time.

2. Shipping

    2A. Shipping cost for the United States and Canada is 5-10 dollars per item depending upon quantity and sizes ordered. Wedding gowns 20.00 per item. Domestic orders with two or more items will be shipped via UPS or FedEx ground. Single ordered items will be shipped via United States Postal Services ground. Orders shipping to Canada, Hawaii, and Alaska will ship via United States Postal Service ground. California residents are subject to sales tax, in other states no sales tax will apply.

    2B. Shipping cost for international orders are $30.00 for the first item and $10.00 dollars each additional item. International orders include the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. Items will ship via United States Postal Service ground. Countries with duties and taxes are paid by the purchaser.

    2C. If items are needed in less than 2 weeks please call for expedited shipping costs.

3. Shawls

Most dresses that show with spaghetti straps or show strapless come with FREE matching shawls.

4. Payment Methods

Money orders, credit cards, or paypal.

5. Color Dye Lots

You will receive the same dye lot in color if your dresses are ordered at the same time. If your dress needs to be exchanged, we will not be held responsible if it is a different dye lot in color.

6. Color Chart

Please view our color chart. We have made our best efforts to represent the various colors online. We cannot guarantee an exact match with your dress as computer monitors and printers may show a difference in color variation. We do not offer color swatches.

7. Ordering Process

Please make sure you put your actual wedding date and phone number in the "Message to Sender" section of the ordering process. This is of high importance because if you have to go on a back order you will have plenty of time to receive the dresses you want.

7A. Seperate Orders, One Wedding Party

If your bridesmaids are ordering their dresses seperately, please include the name of the bride in the "Message to Sender" area of the ordering process. We will make every effort to ensure they receive the same dye lot in color. Dresses beginnings with the letters SL please make sure one order is placed for your bridesmaids to receive the same dye lot in color, otherwise you will receive different shades of the color ordered. We will not be responsible for sold out items.

8. Exchanges

8A. In stock items (meaning hanging on the rack out on our location), customer is responsible for shipping fee's only, no restocking fee.

8B. Non-stock items (meaning dresses that we have to repurchase from the manufacturer), the customer is responsible for shipping fee's and a $40.00 restocking fee per item. Accessories and shoes may be exchanged for a different size or style, a 50% restocking fee will apply and reshipping of the new item.

8C. The customer can exchange standard size dresses for another size, color, or different dress (same price or lesser value of original purchase price). No exchanges on dresses beginning with the letters SL.

8D. Call us for an RN number (return authorization number).

8E. Exchanges must be made within two days of receiving your item and sent back to us within 10 days of receiving your item. Your dress must be in it's original condition with all tags on the dress. Any odor or signs of wear and we will ship the dress back to you. We have the right to deny your exchange. Approximate shipping time for exchanges is 10 - 15 days provided your item is available. We will not be held responsible if your item is sold out.

9. Legal
If litigation should occur, it will preside in the county of Orange, CA.
